1. What are the payment options available?

We accept all major credit cards, Debit cards and Net-banking. 

 

2. Is COD available?

Your order value should be at least Rs. 500 or more to be eligible for Cash On Delivery. Also please note COD is only available for limited location.

 

3. What delivery carriers do you use?

We have partnered with some of the top logistics service providers available in the industry like Delhivery, Blue dart, Fedex, DOTZOT, Aramex ect. We will book one of these services based on service availability for your location.

 

4. Where can I find my order details?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will be receiving an order confirmation email from us. If you have created an account with us you can just login and check for updates.

4 a. How do i find my order confirmation details without a Teefry account?

Please look for "view your order" button in your order confirmation email and click on it. To check for current updates on your orders please bookmark the URL and access it easily anytime.

4 b. I did not receive my order confirmation email what should i do?

We send order confirmation email to the email ID you have provided while you were placing your order. So please check the correct email account to find it.

In some cases, there could be typo errors (spelling mistakes) in the email ID you have provided. If you don't receive your order confirmation email within 3 hours after placing the order, please contact our support team and they will help you to fix it.

As a final step check your spam folder. Our emails very rarely end up in spam section. If you find our email in spam folder, please mark it as important to receive future communication from us without issues.

 

5. How do i track my order?

Soon after we have dispatched your package, you will get a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link from us. So you can track your order status at ease anytime. 

 

6. What should I do if I miss my delivery?

For prepaid orders, we will make three attempts to deliver the package to your address, each attempt on a consecutive day to make sure you won’t miss your delivery. If you miss the delivery, contact us a.s.a.p. on our email address at  admin@teefry.com

For COD orders only one attempt will be made. So please make sure you are available to receive the package or make sure someone is available to collect on your behalf.

 

7. I want to change T shirt size / Color.

We advice you to always check the size chart before placing your order. In case you want to change the color/Size, Send us an email at admin@teefry.com with your required size or color to help you with the process further. Please note that once the package is dispatched from our warehouse, its not possible  for us to accept any change requests.

 

 8. What is your Refund/Exchange policy?

If our product is defective or damaged then take a picture of it, attach and mail it to admin@teefry.com. Then on our instruction, You are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. To return your product, you should mail your product to the address below:

Based on our stock availability we will send the product to you or we will refund the product amount.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Read product description for details before purchase.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
